This is a painting of a couple of RS 200s, the boat my Dad has and has been racing in the last couple of years. I painted this for his Christmas present in 2011. The colours and brush stokes of this are inspired by one of my favourite paintings, ‘Seascape near Les Saintes-Maries de la Mer’ by Van Gogh:
